Returns & Refund Policy

At Slumberette Pajamas, each piece is thoughtfully produced with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of the intimate nature of sleepwear and our sustainable and small-batch production model, we maintain a strict final sale policy, unless an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Our detailed size guide, measurement guides and fit notes are provided to help you select confidently. For a relaxed, effortless fit, we recommend sizing up, as pajamas are intended to drape comfortably rather than fit snugly.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our sleepwear, all sales are considered final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.

We encourage reviewing our detailed size guide and fit notes prior to purchasing to ensure the best fit. If you have any sizing questions, our support team is happy to assist before you place your order.

For a relaxed, effortless feel, we recommend sizing up, as our pajamas are designed to drape comfortably rather than fit snugly.

Slumberette Pajamas does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Fit or sizing preferences

  • Fabric feel or personal look or comfort preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays once an order has shipped

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout

We encourage customers to review ordering info, size charts, product descriptions, and fabric details carefully prior to ordering. If you have questions before purchasing, we are always happy to help.


Exceptions: Defective or Incorrect Items Only

The only circumstances under which Slumberette will accept a return or exchange are:

  1. Defective merchandise, or

  2. Incorrect item received

These exceptions are in accordance with consumer protection laws and are the only universal exceptions to our final sale policy.


What Qualifies as a Defect

A defect includes:

  • Manufacturing flaws (i.e. missing button, belt loop, or ties upon arrival, broken elastic or drawstrings)
  • Open seams or unfinished not fully sewn stitching upon arrival

  • Fabric defects present before wear or washing

The following do not qualify as defects:

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

  • Wrinkling from transit

  • Issues resulting from trying on, wear, washing, or improper care

  • Fit or comfort preferences


How to Report an Issue

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@slumberettepajamas.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or resolution.


Resolution

Upon approval, Slumberette Pajamas will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item with the same style and size (if available), or

  • Offer store credit if replacement is not possible

Refunds are not issued.


Items Returned Without Authorization

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense, or donated.

By completing a purchase with Slumberette, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
