Slumberette Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Slumberette offers a curated mix of ready-to-ship pieces and thoughtfully prepared styles. We currently ship only to US addresses.

  • Ready-to-ship items
    Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • Thoughtfully prepared styles
    Some pieces are prepared especially for you and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping and transit times are noted at checkout


Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.)
    5–9 business days in transit

  • Extended Delivery Items
    Certain styles may require additional transit time due to fulfillment location. These orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days from the ship date.

If your order includes a mix of ready-to-ship and extended delivery items, your order may arrive in separate shipments to expedite your order.

Our approach
We prioritize quality, fit, and finish over mass production. This intentional approach allows us to create refined sleepwear while minimizing excess and maintaining our standards.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • Some carriers update tracking less frequently while in transit

If you do not see your shipping email, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS, as well as regional and international fulfillment partners (4PX, DHL) depending on the item.

Final-mile delivery may be completed by a local carrier.


Delays & High-Volume Periods

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing and transit times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Slumberette is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly for more information

If a package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist. Slumberette is not responsible for stolen packages.
